Donna Jo Foster, age 62 of Estill Springs, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on October 29, 1956 to the late Warren H. and Nellie Joyce (Short) Stills. Donna Jo was employed as a Registered Nurse in the Healthcare Industry, and she loved being a nurse and taking care of people. She was a member of Riva Lake Baptist Church. Donna Jo is survived by her son, Warren Howard Foster of Winchester; daughter, Krystal Michele Foster of Portland, Oregon; brother, James W. (Bettie R.) Stills of Estill Springs; sister, Pamela M. (William L.) Riley of Beechgrove; and several nieces and one nephew. Visitation will be from 1-3pm on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Larry Sanders officiating.
