MORRIS, Ruth E. (nee Wacker), 82, passed peacefully at home on August 4, 2020. Born in 1938, the daughter of Frederick and Ruby (McWilliams) Wacker who both predeceased her while she was still in her teens. She was raised by a dear family friend, the late Stella Cooper, to adulthood. Although her early years were affected by the passing of her parents at such an early age, Ruth was always able to maintain a happy disposition. She was an impetuous, comical and loving person.
Ruth worked for RCA Corporation, Cherry Hill, NJ until retirement. It was there she met and married Robert J. Yeager. Together they had one son. Years later, she married the late Edward C. Morris. She leaves to mourn her passing her only child, Robert J. Yeager Jr. (Roseann), one grandchild, Alicia Faso (Anthony) and five great-grandchildren.
Cremation has already taken place and private services are pending.
