Belinda "Peggy" Marie Wood, 61, of Bicknell, passed away Saturday March 24, 2012 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. Peggy was born July 22, 1950 in Chicago, IL to Myles and Cecile (Kelly) Wood. She was a production manager, a member of the Kiwanis, worked with C.A.S.A., and the French Club.
Peggy is survived by her sisters, Barbara Goosinow of Bicknell, Donna Wood of Bicknell, Frances Rompa of Bicknell, Mary "Penny" Wood of Bicknell, and Sandra Byers and her husband Anthony of Athens, AL; and one brother, Joseph Wood and his wife Philomena of Grayslake, IL.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Church of God in Vincennes. She will be interred in the Bicknell Memorial Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010 Rockville, MD 20852.
