Laura Davis
August 28, 1926 - August 05, 2020
Laura Lee Davis, daughter of John Williams and Rosa Lee Graham-Martin (Henry Martin) was born in Bartholomew Township in Drew County, Arkansas. Her parents relocated to McGhee, Arkansas where they remained until death.
“A Time to Die”
Laura Lee Davis transcended from this life on August 5, 2020, to be welcomed to her heavenly home by her parents John Williams and Rosa Lee Graham-Martin (Henry Martin) and a host of relatives. She was an only child.
“A Time to Live and Love”
Laura had the most forgiving heart of anyone you ever know. She was always willing to lead a helping hand. Laura opened her home to many. She was always thinking of others. And she never complained.
Laura loved her family. She always wanted kids but couldn’t conceive. She always wanted to adopt Marilyn (Mel) Hunter and Ambreana (Fatfat) Burt, her special babies. She also called Nickey Noid-Burt (Mark), Ameshia Burt, Amanda Burt, and Amber Burt her children that she loved dearly. Her cousin Betty Ford (Deshawna Crutcher) always held a special place in her heart that made her smile so big. Laura will always be remembered as “Aunt Laura”.
“A Time To Mourn”
She leaves to mourn a host of relatives and friends.
