Monica Sehy Burbank, 94, of Springfield, died at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at her home. Monica was born October 23, 1909 in New Berlin the daughter of John and Anna Kumle Sehy. She married D.K. Burbank; he preceded her in death October 12, 1985.
Mrs. Burbank was the Private Secretary for 30 years for Fisher Grocery Co. and she later retired after 18 years as a Stenographer for the Illinois State Police. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother: John Raymond Sehy and one sister: Flora Sehy Martin.
She is survived by six nieces, seven nephews.
