Their children are; William Voyles abt. 1815, Adaline Voyles (1818-), Nathan Voyles (1825-1889), Malissa Voyles (1829-), Amos Voyles (1850-after1864), Benson Benjamin Voyles (1839-1863), John Bailus Voyles, Sr. (1823-1863), and Mr. Franklin Voyles (1839-1863) died in Alabama in Civil War. Many of his son's have fought and died during the Civil War between the states. They all fought with the Southern Confederate Army. * His son Nathaniel "Nathan" was born 1825-1889 Cherokee County, Georgia a Civil War soldier.
