Word has been received here of the death Monday in Los Angeles, Calif., of Johnny Cash, former Connersville resident. Mr. Cash, 65 years old. was born in Connersville, the son of the late John and Ida Cash. He had lived in Connersville until 1929 when he went to California for residence. Mr. Cash was employed by the Rex Manufacturing company here for a number of years. Survivors include a son, two sisters, and four grandchildren, all of California; a brother, Harry Cash; an aunt, Mrs. Effie Lowes, and several cousins, all of Connersville. Funeral rites for Mr. Cash will be held in Los Angeles, Calif., where burial also will take place.
