Obituary for Bobby Gene Fitzgerald
Bob Gene Fitzgerald, a resident of Tulsa, passed away August 7, 2020 at the age of 84. He was born October 3, 1935 to Eugene and Daisy (Cozine) Fitzgerald in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He served in the United States Army as 2nd Armored Division in Germany between 1950-1960 and the 808th Engineer Company between 1961-1963. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX; Tulsa Business College and as a Commerical Pilot. Previous to entering ministry, he was President of Insta Box and Supply Co. of Tulsa and Tulsa Public Schools. He pastored for churches in Pennsylvannia, New York, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Daisy Fitzgerald; sons, Collin and Kelly Fitzgerald and sister, Nelda Wainwright.

Survivors include his loving wife, Walsie; sons, Shawn Fitzgerald of Coweta and Michael Fitzgerald of BA; grandchildren, Brent Fitzgerald of Naperville, IL, Colin Fitzgerald of Hugo, Stuart Fitzgerald of BA, Lauren Harrison of Coweta and Kaylie Fitzgerald of BA; great grandchildren, Elliott and Liam Harrison; Jake and Hannah Fitzgerald and numerous other relatives and friends.
