Wanda Lee Cunningham Young, 97, of Ocala, Fla., formerly of Hopkinsville died July 30, 2020, at Legacy Hospice House in Ocala.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Gunther officiating. The funeral home will also live-stream the funeral service on its website under Young’s obituary page. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
A native of Madisonville, she was born Sept. 9, 1922, the daughter of the late Ezra Brodie and Ethel Lee Lutz Cunningham. She worked for several florists in Hopkinsville and was of the Baptist faith. Her husband, Harold Dalton Young, died in 2010, and a daughter, Kelsa Waite, died in 2019.
Survivors include her son, Brodie “Andy” (Martha) Young, Ocala; and five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
