Ronnie Burgess, age 70, of Rocky Face, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.
He was preceded in death by parents, Cecil and Nina Burgess.
Ronnie was a member of Rocky Face Baptist Church. He loved the rodeo and spending time with his 6 grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Burgess of Rocky Face; daughter and son-in-law, Traci and Bill Burnham of Colorado; son and daughter-in-law, Buckie and Melanie Burgess of Rocky Face; brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Janice Burgess of Ellijay; grandchildren, C.C., Hank, Mattie, and Will Burgess, and Hailey and Harper Burnham; nieces and nephews also survive.
A service will be held Saturday, August 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the home of Ronnie and Cheryl Burgess.
Burial will be in Rocky Face Cemetery.
