Jack grew up around Chatanucka near Lawton and Foster, Oklahoma. He served his country in the U.S. Army. On March 29, 1947, Jack and Madge “Melva” were married in Vernon, Texas and made their home in Pernell, Oklahoma. He worked for 50 years as a pumper in the oil field. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, finding treasures and gardening.
