Rodney Jackson, age 40, of West Salem,
passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020
at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in
Olney.
Funeral service will be at 2 PM on Monday,
August 10, 2020 in the chapel of Thrasher
Family Funeral Home in Olney.
Visitation will be from 12-2 PM on
Monday, August 10, 2020 in the chapel of
Thrasher Family Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Calhoun Cemetery in
Calhoun.
Pastor Paul Goss will be officiating.
Rodney was born on August 27, 1979 in
Olney, the son of Phillip and Linda
(Harmon) Jackson.
He was a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing
and hunting. He also enjoyed making
cabinets. He will be sadly missed by his
family, friends and all who knew him.
Rodney is survived by daughter Chloe
Jackson of West Salem; girlfriend
Larissa Ahlfield of West Salem;
mother Linda Jackson (Kevin Grove)
of Olney; sister Tanya Emmons (Rodger)
of Washington, IN; 2 stepchildren
Bailee Ahlfield (Avery) and Tyler Ahlfield;
2 nephews Jesse Grayling and Kaleb
Grayling (Shaina); 2 nieces Amber
Combs (Alex) and Julie Burton (Zach);
and 2 grandchildren Leo and Max.
He was preceded in death by his father
Phillip Jackson and brother Paul Jackson.
