Carol Ann Siebert was born in San Bernardino, California to Lester B. Carmichael Jr. and Betty J. (Ridgeway) Carmichael. She attended Pacific High School. On September 2, 1961 she married Dale Leslie Siebert. She is survived by her sons Lance Kevin Siebert (USAF, retired) of Wichita Falls, Texas and Brian Lester Siebert and wife, Cindy of Loveland, Colorado. Her granddaughters Erica Lee Fowler and husband, Jon of Fairview Heights, Illinois (both with the USAF), Darby Luree Holbert-Siebert and fiancé Alex Harmon of Wichita Falls, Texas, Emma Marie Siebert and Mia Janae Siebert of Loveland, Colorado and great-granddaughter Sofia Michelle Fowler of Illinois. Two sisters survive; Retta Allen and Becky Carmichael of Apple Valley and La Verne, California respectively. There are numerous nieces and nephews, as well as other family. Carol was predeceased by her husband Dale, her parents and her brother, Lester B. Carmichael III and daughter-in-law, Michelle Holbert-Siebert. Carol and her husband were married for 55 years and she has resided in Bellingham for 26 years. Prior to coming to Washington, they lived in Estes Park, Colorado and Southern California. Carol worked as a security administrative processor for a local oil refinery. She has always enjoyed helping and doing for others and was well-known for her great sense of humor. She also immensely enjoyed traveling to spend time visiting her sons, granddaughters and great-granddaughter and many life-long friends and family living in California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas and Washington State. A local service is not planned. Burial is being arranged for a later time. The family would be grateful for memorial gifts to any of the following: Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201 American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) This promise is a great comfort to Carol's family knowing that she is no longer in pain and has gone to be with Jesus and is reunited with her husband Dale.
