Glen H. Wright, 81, of Olive Branch, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, surrounded by his family. Funeral services are planned for Thursday, August 6 at 11:30 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home in Memphis, TN. with Rev. Paul Bryant, Rev. Royce Horne and Dr. Roc Collins officiating. Visitation will precede the service at 10:30 a.m. A private interment with the family will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr Wright retired from an accomplished career in insurance in 2006. He was a faithful member and Deacon at Cross Creek Free Will Baptist Church in Olive Branch, MS. Over the years, Mr Wright has actively served his local church, as well as both state and national boards for Free Will Baptist. He enthusiastically supported denominational ministries and mission work. In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations be made to the Hispanic Ministries of Free Will Baptist North American Ministries, (FWBNAM); PO Box 5002, Antioch, TN 37011 of fwbnam.com.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Williams Wright; his parents, Floyd Coleman Wright and Margret Lorraine Farris Wright and is survived by his wife of over 56 years, Linda Phillips Wright; his son, Phillip (Ellen) Wright of Jackson, TN; his two daughters, Tracie (Ricky) Moore of Hardy, AR and Carol (Royce) Horne of Colquitt, GA; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; three sisters, Floriane Edgar, Peggy Munnerlan and Nita Middleton, four brothers, Harold, Guy, Bruce and Jim.
