Karen Patricia Duffy, 59 years of age, passed away on Saturday, August 1st 2020 at her home in Katonah, NY. Karen was born January 31st, 1961 in Brooklyn, NY to Owen and Carol Richards. Karen was the oldest of four children and grew up in Huntington Station, Long Island.
She graduated from Oneonta State University with her degree in Business Administration. She married Andrew Duffy on November 8th, 1986 in Mount Kisco, NY. They started their life together in Mount Kisco, NY and settled their family in Katonah, NY. Karen was a devoted mother of four children to whom she spent her life caring for. Karen truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures: reading a good book, singing her favorite country songs - especially John Denver, and laughing with her children and grandchildren. Karen had the amazing ability to light up every room she walked into with her beautiful smile and emanating love.
