DIED
At Ramsay, on Friday, the 11 April, Walter, only son of Mr. Walter Gardiner aged 4 months.
Even in the bud the lovely flower,
was nipt and did decay;
The storm of life began to rage,
It quickly shrunk away.
But he's not lost, O, no! my friends
Yours treasury safely stored;
Where you need fear no future foe,
Forever with the Lord.
