Mrs. Sherri Lynn Cox, age 58, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020 at her home in Bell Buckle. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Theresa Frank.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Lyle Cox; children, Brandon Wayne Horsley and his wife Brandy, Jessica Lynn Thomason and her husband Paul, Lindsey Michelle Cox; grandchildren, Tyler Horsley, Amira Horsley, Makayah Webb, Halie Burgess; brothers, Richard Frank and Phillip Lapkovich; sisters, Shanda Maze, Cindy Feldhiser, Dana Strand; and many other family and friends.
Sherri was a member of World Outreach Church, where she touched the lives of many children she taught in the children’s ministry. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, Nana, and friend to many. She had a love for music. Her hobbies included attending concerts, traveling, spending time with her children and grandchildren, going for walks in the park, and sitting outside watching birds and wildlife.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday, August 8, 2020 from 10:00-1:00 PM with funeral service following at 1:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
