Mr. Iler was born at Herbron, Nebraska. He was a cement finisher and trucker. Survivors: wife, Margaret; daughter, Mrs. Frank (Mary Lou) Ayotte of Seattle, Washington; one step-son, Merlin Leroy Hurren; sister, Mrs. Zella Haystead of Cleveland, Ohio; 3 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren.
