Don graduated Baylor University with a B.S. in Physics and Math in 1949. He worked at General Dynamics for almost 40 years until retiring in 1993. He married in 1960. He served at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Don had interests in science, music, college football and witty commentary. He had a fondness for inventing funny rhymes, sonnets, limericks, and songs. Don's interest in physics, astronomy, and the marvels of the universe deepened his faith in God. He is survived by his 3 daughters, their spouses, 5 nieces and nephews.
