Brenda J. Cooper, age 64, passed away on August 1, 2020 at Hospice of Hamilton. Brenda was born on December 16, 1955 to Vernon "Gene" and Edna (Murphy) Arnold. She graduated from Hamilton Taft High School in 1974 and was an active member of the Drama Department. She enjoyed planning and organizing class reunions, and maintained close friendships with many of her high school friends. Brenda was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals fan, and also loved watching professional golf. She enjoyed hosting many summertime pool parties for family and friends. Brenda worked in the medical field for many years before becoming the secretary at her beloved church, Princeton Pike Church of God, where she was a member for most of her life. She especially loved Pastor T.E. "Jake" and Barb Jacobs, Pastor Sam and Donna Luke, Pastor Barry and Kimberly Clardy, and Pastor Jimmy and Johnna Phillips. On July 22, 1994 she married the love of her life, Michael Cooper. Their family was made complete when their daughter, Elizabeth Grace, arrived in November, 2000.

Brenda leaves behind to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Mike; her daughter Elizabeth, who was the light of her life; her sisters Becky Goosey and Melody (Oscar) Fruth; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Carl Cooper, Rita (Tom) Isgro, Janet (Jay) Wright, Mary Reed, Laura Abner, Carol Rose, Jim Cooper and Karen Peters. She also leaves behind many treasured nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and special friends, Chris Hornsby and Gary Broughton. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, beloved aunts, uncles and a special cousin, Timothy Weber. Special thanks to the dedicated staff at Hospice of Hamilton for their tender care.
