Donald Allen Baker, 74 of McDonough passed away August 3, 2020. He was born on January 5, 1946 in Atlanta, Georgia to Joseph and Alice Baker. After graduating from Southwest DeKalb High School, Mr. Baker worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta for 36 years. He was married to the late Sharon Gayle McLemore. Don was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard Baker. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan, loved spending time with his sons and grandchildren and was a member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church. Don is survived by his children, Troy (Angel) Baker of Atlanta, Tony (Susan) Baker of Covington and Trent (Karol) Baker of McDonough, five grandchildren, Brett, Lauren, Ashton, Emma and Ada. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm - 7:00pm on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at the Funeral Home. Pastor Ron Little will officiate a graveside service at 2:00pm on Friday, August 7, 2020 at Eastlawn Memorial Park in McDonough.
