Throughout her life she spent many years working in the restaurant business. With their kids in tow, Jennie and Snooks traveled throughout Texas and Oklahoma to find their next venture, collecting and sharing many stories along the way.

Jennie was a caregiver at heart and was always there to support and guide many of her family members throughout their early years. At the age of 13 at the passing of her father, Jennie then helped her mother in raising her three younger sisters, something she cherished and was proud to do. She loved keeping her grandchildren during the summers to entertain them and have fun in the simplest of tasks. Each one feeling a special connection with her and creating many memories.

She loved being surrounded by her family and would cherish every moment that was captured on camera. Her pictures of her family were her most proud and prized possessions and she was always excited to share those memories with any visiting company.

Her laugh was infectious and filled every room she was in, and not many people she met remained a stranger for long.
