Grace was educated in the Worth County Public School System. At an early age, Grace became a member of Pine Bluff Baptist Church in Sumner, Georgia. Later in life, she moved her membership to Pentecostal Full Gospel Crusade Church in Poulan, Georgia. Grace was united in Holy Matrimony with the love of her life, the late John Allen Collins, for over 43 years. A devoted mother, extraordinary mother, loving grandmother, caring sister, and compassionate friend, Grace was very caring. She always found time to babysit her grandchildren, and she loved to work as a homemaker. To those who truly knew her, they could always count on a good, hilarious conversation from her.
On Thursday, July 23, 2020, at her home in Sylvester, Georgia at the age of 79, Grace left it all to answer God’s call and went to her Heavenly Home. Grace will be missed by family and friends whose lives she touched. She was preceded by her parents, her husband, four sisters and five brothers.
