A strong supporter of the 2nd Amendment, he was a longtime member of the National Rifle Association, Gun Owners of N.H. and the Sunset Mountain Fish & Game Club. Chuck thoroughly enjoyed playing golf and there was rarely a warm Friday afternoon when he couldn’t be found at Den Brae with his family and friends. But more than anything else in his life, Chuck loved his family, they meant the world to him and he will be deeply missed by all.

His sons, Reverend Scott Manning and his wife Reverend Toni Manning of Tilton and Dana Decormier and his wife Laurie of Tilton
His daughter, Michelle Florio-Manning and her partner Heidi of Tampa, Fl.
Grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Elyssa, and Ian Manning. Olivia, Jack, and Emily Decormier. Tyanne Martin, Michael and Nathaniel Florio

Calling hours will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road (584 West Main St.) in Tilton. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Memorial Home.
Burial will be held in the spring in Park Cemetery in Tilton
