Jacqueline "Jackie" Ellis age 69 of Gainesville entered heaven Friday July 31, 2020 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Jackie was born September 18, 1950 in Gainesville to the late Homer & Runnell Turk Ellis. She worked at East Hall Middle School as a custodian until her health declined. She was a devoted member of Northlake Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by brother, Larry Ellis & brother in law, Theo Johnson.
Survivors include, sons & daughters in law, Steve & Shone Truelove & Chris & Crystal Truelove; grandchildren, Drew (Hillary) Truelove, Brianne Truelove, Megan Truelove, Sydney Truelove, Brooke (Dillon) Nix & Trace Truelove; sisters, Linda Johnson, Shirley (Larry) Forrester, Gail (Johnny) Stepp; sister in law, Linda Ellis. A host of other family members also survive.
Celebration of Life services will be held 3:30 p.m. Sunday August 2, 2020 at the Northlake Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Jones officiating. Private burial will be in Chestnut Mountain Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday August 2, 2020 at the funeral home.
