MILTON Fletcher CHARSHA, SR: 70, Chesapeake City, died Saturday, October 28, in Deer’s Head Hospital; Salisbury, Md. Mr. Charsha had been a resident of Cecil County for 25 years. Surviving are four sons, Milton F. Jr., West Chester, Pa., Gene C., Kirkwood, Del., Lawrence R., Chesapeake City, and Charles B., Rising Sun; two daughters, Mrs. Marion R. Bowe, Chesapeake City, and Naomi D. Cool, Newark, Del.; two brothers, James, Perryville, and Melvin, West Chester, Pa., four sisters, Mrs. Esther Leath, Baltimore, Mrs. Ruth Hughey, Havre de Grace, Md., Mrs. Nelda Fanning, Bryn Mawr, Pa., and Mrs. Bettey Roth, West Grove, Pa., and 21 grandchildren. The Rev. Robert C. Short, pastor of Trinity Methodist Church, Chesapeake City, officiated at the funeral service Wednesday, November 1, in the Pippin Funeral Home, Chesapeake City.
