Mclouth — Services for Irene Ryan, 94, Tonganoxie, formerly of Leavenworth, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Stanwood Friends Church, McLouth. Burial will be in Wildhorse Cemetery, McLouth.
Mrs. Ryan died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 1998, at the Tonganoxie Nursing Center.
She was born Dec. 1, 1903, in Linwood, the daughter of Ernest and Ethel M. Hill Allison.
Mrs. Ryan was a member of the Stanwood Friends Church in McLouth. She sang and played piano for the Bethel Missionary Society in Leavenworth for many years.
She married Leo G. Ryan on Oct. 14, 1925, in Leavenworth. He died March 5, 1976.
Survivors include a son, Robert G. Ryan, McLouth; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
