Tracy Ann Benson 1960 ~ 2010 Tracy Ann Benson quietly and peacefully passed away June 17, 2010 at home after many years of health problems. Tracy was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. She was our care giver, always watching over all of us.Born September 24, 1960 in Salt Lake City to Morse Raymond and Carol F. Benson. Tracy graduated from Murray High School and went on to nursing school at Weber State College. She worked at St. Marks Hospital for over 20 years, mostly in the Newborn ICU, a job she dearly loved. After she retired she spent countless hours as a care giver to her father, grandparents and family, friends and neighbors. As a family we were able to spend a lot of time camping, boating, trips to Mexico in the motor home and fun in the mountains. She loved walking her best "furry" friend Jade and visiting a lot of neighbors on the way. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and truly loved her visiting teachers who were always there for her. She is survived by her mother, Carol, Murray; her beloved son, Dustin, Murray; and granddaughter, Sum-mer; sisters; Kathy Benson, Burbank, CA; Brenda (Jay) Galvan, West Jordan; half sisters: Kristine (Lynn) Zundel, Willard, UT; Nancy (Larry) Whitaker, Brigham City, UT; nephew, V-Loy Sanchez, Murray, UT; and the love of her life: her niece, Jaycee Galvan, West Jordan, UT. Preceded in death by her father, Morse Raymond Benson. We know she is happy to be with him again. We love you, Tracy, and will miss you always. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 22nd, 12:00 noon at the Riverside 1st Ward, 5445 South 6th West, Murray. Viewings will be held Monday, June 21st, 6-8:00 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment, Murray City Cemetery.
