Gladys Lucille (Harrell) Mc Coy, 95, of Elaine, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020, at DeWitt Hospital. Burial will be at Ballews Chapel Cemetery.

Gladys was born on February 28, 1925, in Etowah, Arkansas, to the late Joseph "Joe" B. and Flora Lou Gordon Harrell, one of nine children. Gladys married Charlie McCoy Hoge in1942 and they had one daughter, Patricia Ann McCoy Hoge. Gladys was known to be a hard worker and could accomplish anything she set her mind to do. She was a retired school teacher and she loved teaching her students, working on the farm, and tending to her flowers and crafts. Her favorite time was spent around her yard as she strived to have flowers blooming all summer. She was a member of the Elaine Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by both her husband; and daughter.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Keli Bertani; her grandson, Dominic Bertani and his wife, Francesca; great-grandson, Jude Bertani; and many wonderful friends. A
