Dora was the daughter of Henry Owen and Dollie May Thomas Kern.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin G. Mason; son, William L. (Janet) Mason; daughter, Cindy (Tom) Mahr; grandchildren, Eric Mason and Jeremy (Erin) Mahr and Jenna Mahr; and great-granddaughter, Whitney Flaugh.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister and granddaughter, Tricia Mason.
