late Alfred Anderson and Julia B. Anderson. She
departed this faithful life on Thursday, October 24, 2019
in Livingston, New Jersey.
In her early years, Annie accepted Christ and joined
Grace Temple Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey.
Leaving to cherish her memory are her sons, Bryson O.
Ellis of Oxford, North Carolina, Milton U. Ellis of
Irvington, New Jersey; one daughter, Aleta R. Ellis of
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; stepson, Craig Ellis of
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren, Michele,
Quaniqua, Bryson Jr., Quateek, and Quaiishah Ellis, and
Rasheed Reddick; ten great grandchildren, Maliyah,
Love’ya, De’moni, Syn’Cere, Quateek Jr., Kobe, Tahir
Alyssa, Yaisminah, Yamin, Amber, Rasheed Jr.; one
sister, Mary Alice Oakley of Oxford, North Carolina; six
nieces and nephews, Tonya, Darrell, Troy and Anthony
Anderson, Rodney and Lawanda Oakley; best friend,
Ida. Milton Ellis, Deidre Ellis, Doris Ellis, Darlene Ellis,
and a host of other loving relatives and firiends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Herman D. Ellis,
and sister, Catherine Anderson.
