She was born in and raised in West New York, NJ and moved to Parsippany in 2008.
Lillian worked as a Crossing Guard for the West New York Board of Education & Police Department for many years before retiring.
She is predeceased by her husband, James J. Sr. (6/5/2016) and her sons: Joseph (1960) & Michael (1996).
Lillian is survived by her sons: James J. Jr & his wife Beth, Thomas & his wife Rafaela, Robert & his wife Stephanie; her daughters: Linda M. Picciurro & her husband Dennis, Janet Searles & her husband Nicholas and her sister, Doris Schmaus. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: James J. Cook III & his wife Lori, Joseph Picciurro, Jill Chmura & her husband Kyle, Andrew Searles, Rossy Medrano, Megan Searles & Michael Cook; her treasured great-grandchildren: Shannan Cook, Brigid Cook, Keegan Cook, Wilhelmina Cook & Penelope Chmura & many dear nieces, nephews & friends.
