Debra Ann Lynch was born to the late Lessie Mae (Carr) Lynch and William Lawrence Lynch on May 13, 1965 in the Bronx, New York. Debra was one of nine children born to this union.

Debra worked for the East Orange School District and was a Teacher Assistant at George Washington School. Prior to that, she worked as a Data Entry Supervisor in Newark, New Jersey.

She attended Upsala College in East Orange, New Jersey where she obtained her bachelors degree in Business Administration.

She was a devoted member of House of New Beginning Worship Center in East Orange.

Debra, better known to most as Aunt Debra, was a God fearing woman who loved to serve her church. She also loved to entertain her nieces and nephews with her arrangement of board and card games. She loved to be around her family and made it her duty to make every special event, party or gathering. Debra had a passion for food and loved to take pictures of her many dishes.

Debra Ann Lynch was called home in the late evening of November 15, 2019.

She was predeceased by her mother, Lessie May (Carr) Lynch, father, William L. Lynch, brother, Charles Lynch, and sister Sheila Mae Lynch.

Debra is survived by her siblings, William L. Lynch, Louise Scott (Donald), Jerry L. Lynch (Simone), Josephine Lynch, Peter J. Lynch (Brenda), and Vincent T. Lynch. She also leaves to cherish her memory her favorite aunt, Annie Lee Scott (affectionately known as “Aunt Lee”), over fifty nieces and nephews, and a host of aunt, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
