Richard "Dick" Payne, age 63, of West Alexandria, OH, passed away, Saturday, July 25, 2020. He was born in Dayton, OH, on July 15, 1957, to Charles E. and the late, Mary Lou (Nolan) Payne. For many years he worked in the family business, Payne Drainage and more recently was working for Martin Marrietta.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jayde M. Payne. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Donna (Dalton) Payne; his son, Jesse (Donna) Payne; his daughter, Candace Payne; his father, Charles "Charlie" Payne; grandchildren, Justice, Jesse, Jr., Isaac, Ethan, Kaleb and Dakota; his brother, Dan Payne; his 2 sisters, Sue (Mike) Call and Rose Earnhardt; numerous nieces and nephews.
