She is survived by her children, Cameron Moore, Nathan and Natalie Wells, mother, Sandra Charlton, step father, Larry Baker, brother, Samuel Jackson Jr., step sister, Faith Baker, grandparents, Kathy (James) Guy, Phillip (Leatha) Hobbs, uncle, Michael (Cathy) Hobbs, aunt, Mary (Doug) Marcum, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by father, Samuel Jackson Sr. uncle, Phillip Hobbs Jr., and grandparents Jefferson and Mary Jackson.
