Scott Anthony Marshall was born in Madison County, Tennessee on November 19, 1948 the son of the late Cube Smith and Garmelia Alice Bingham Marshall.

On January 4, 1992 he was united in marriage to Deneyse Elaine Stewart, who survives.

Scott retired after 15 years from Willoughby Oil Company where he worked as an accountant. He had also worked for 21 years at Piggly Wiggly and B. W. Williams accounting. Scott enjoyed golfing, swimming, grilling, and cooking for everyone. He was an avid animal lover and sports fan. Scott loved watching NASCAR and was a Richard Petty fan for years. He enjoyed building different things such as homes or outside buildings.

Scott departed this life on Monday, July 27, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 71 years, 8 months and 8 days.

In addition to his wife of 28 years, Deneyse of Adamsville, Tennessee, he is survived by two daughters, Kim Marshall and Amy Marshall, both of Adamsville, Tennessee; stepdaughter, Jenny-Lind Ayra and her husband Rian of Adamsville, Tennessee; stepson, Ashley Williams of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Lilly Beth Williams, Eli Williams, Eliza Williams, Gracee Brown, Mason Iturbe, Jace Ayra, and Stella Ayra.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents and two infant brothers.
