Ernest Wheeler Noble, age 62, died at his home, 505 Chicago avenue, at 4:30 Tuesday morning. Mr. Noble has been a resident of Galena for thirty-five years and has been engaged most of this time in mining.
He is survived by a wife [Katherine], two daughters, Mrs. Maggie Norton, San Pedro, Cal., and Mrs. Etta Williams, Aberdeen, New Mexico, and two sons, Sterling Noble, Douthat, Okla., and Ernest E. Noble of this city.
Funeral services were held from the Methodist church of which Mr. Noble was a faithful member. Rev. G. R. Lawellin officiated. Services were held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon.
