Age 67 of Minneapolis, MN, passed away July 13, 2020. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, John served bravely as a Gunner's Mate aboard Navy ships supporting operations in the Vietnam and Pacific theaters. Following his Naval Service, he became a skilled Electronics Technician and made his home in the Twin Cities area. His lifelong passion was music and John will always be remembered for his extraordinary musical talents.
Preceded in death by his father Gene Briggs.
