Last rites for Hearon Welch Harvey, age 60, were held at 11 a.m. September 24 at Oliver Funeral Home chapel. Rev. M. L. Cunningham officiated, with burial in Oakwood cemetery.
Mr. Harvey died September 22 at Felix Long Memorial Hospital, Starkville. He was a native of this county and a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are a son, Hearon W. Harvey, with the U. S. Air Force in Okinawa; and three sisters, Mrs. Bethany Day, Birmingham, Alabama; Mrs. Willie Lou Livingston, Memphis; and Mrs. Beatrice Holmes, Rosedale.
Pallbearers were Joe Camise, Dalton Watson, Robert Scroggings, Mike Wilmott, Bill Jennings, and Gene Fulgham.
