Obituary:
Mary Florence Lyons, 81, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 in Chattanooga. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her family. She was a member of St. Matthew Primitive Baptist Church where she served on the Mother's Board. She spread love to everyone she knew. She enjoyed working with the foster parent program in which she was a foster and adoptive mother.
She was preceded in death by parents, Sherman and Edlena Robinson; brothers, Cornell, Willie and Roosevelt Robinson; sisters, Edna Pearl Marsh and Betty J. Witherow.
She leaves to cherish her memories, daughters, Gail (Marcus) McKinley of Atlanta Georgia, Terry (Darrell) Harris, Sherwin (Labyron) Motley, and Ashley Cooper; son, Daryl (Jackie) Lyons; 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren; special friends, Laquandra Lyons and Patricia Deloach.
Public viewing will begin at 9:00 am – 10:30 am Friday, July 31, 2020 at the funeral home followed by a graveside service at 11:00 am. Interment: Forest Hills Cemetery.
