Kathleen (Pearcy) Edwards, 104, of Evansville, passed away Monday, July 27, 2020 at Braun’s Nursing Home. She was born April 8, 1916 in Anniston, MO, to the late Raymond and Margret Katherine (Brown) Pearcy.
Kathleen attended Bosse High School. She worked for Vendall Company and retired in 1979. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and working in her yard.
Kathleen is survived by her son, Stephen Edwards; sister, Estle Norrick; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Edwards; brothers, Raymond Pearcy and R.C. Pearcy; and sisters, Beetrice Niekamp, Mildred Schmitt, Geneva Montgomery and Joyce Perkins.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Avenue. Funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
