Carla Jane Hiland, 69, a resident of Phoenix since 1978 entered into rest June 5, 2004. Mrs. Hiland was born in Shafer, Minnesota on January 25, 1935.
She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years: Robert D. Hiland, Son: Lynn (Lynn) Hiland, Daughters: Lois (Robin) Northey, Laurie (Kent) Trkla and Lisa (Doug) Hartshorn as well as son: Larry (Bonnie) Hiland. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 3 greatgrandchildren, three sisters and one brother. Many nieces and nephews also.
Carla above all else was a loving mother to her children and grandchildren. She was a good, caring, Christian person who adored her family.
A Memorial Service was held on Monday, June 7, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Celebration Lutheran church. Inurnment will take place on Thursday, June 10, 2004 at 1:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 West Beardsley Rd. Phoenix Memorial Mortuary was in charge of her cremation.
