Jamie Allen Tyler, age 29, formerly of Greenville, died late Sunday, April 5, 2020 at his home in Grand Rapids. Jamie was born July 12, 1990 in Greenville. He earned a degree in computer sciences, and worked in Information Technology. He enjoyed playing disc golf and loved to travel. Though only 29, Jamie had already visited many parts of the world, including Mexico, Spain, and Vietnam. He had a huge heart and was very hard working. He was very frugal and could “squeeze a quarter out of a penny”. Jamie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evelyn Tyler and Charles and Helen Guinnup. He is survived by his mother, Grace Guinnup, father, Howard “Bud” (Dianne) Tyler, Jr.; siblings, Buddy Tyler, Jonathan Baldwin, Jeff Tyler, Luke Tyler, and Dillon Sawyer; grandfather, Howard Tyler, Sr.; and his best friends, Miles Freed and Evan Burns.
