Jeannie Ann Jones, age 75, of Findlay, died at 9:12pm on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Bridge Hospice in Findlay. She was born as a triplet on December 6, 1944 in Lima, Ohio to the late Richard and Mary (Humbert) DeWeese. She married Ron Jones on April 13, 2000 and he survives. Also surviving are daughters: Lori Ann (Roger) Rader of McComb, Teri Lynne (Travis) Myers of Lexington, KY, and Suzi Elizabeth (Mike) Recker of Findlay; step daughter: Stephanie (Curtis) Tait of Bristow, VA; 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. Her triplet brother: Ronald (Fran) DeWeese lives in Pricesville, Alabama and her triplet sister: Connie Abbott is deceased. Another sister: Jan Sharp is also deceased. Jeannie retired as a Human Resources Coordinator at Ball Metal and she had been a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Findlay. She dearly loved her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren, whom she loved to vacation and play board games with. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and she enjoyed cross stitching, reading and eating chocolate. Jeannie also had a special place in her heart for dogs. Visitation will be from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Findlay. Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of the visitation at 1:00pm on Wednesday. Pastor Ben Borsay will officiate and interment will follow at McComb Union Cemetery. Memorials may be made to either Teddy’s Rescue or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
