Gregory Hakeem Stewart of Savannah, Ga, loving Son, Father of four, Brother, Grandson, Nephew and Friend to many passed away at the age of 31 in St. Louis, Mo on Friday May 29, 2020. Gregory was born April 15, 1989 in Savannah, Ga to Paul and La’Tatia Stewart. His passion was writing, recording, producing and promoting his record label “GMF 1504”.
Gregory was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. David (Willie Mae) Stewart, maternal grandfather Mr. James T. Blackmon, maternal great-grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Emanuel (Minnie Bell) Holman, and paternal great-grandmother Ms. Precious Taylor.
Gregory attended school in Savannah. He later moved with his parents to Kansas City, Mo. and then to Cahokia, IL. Gregory was known for his huge smile and his enormous heart. He is the CEO, Owner, and Founder of Gangster Mafia Family “GMF 1504”. Performing at various venues and recording thousands of songs with his brothers that have been shared through sound cloud, YouTube and various platforms. Known throughout his community as “Lil Georgia” he never met a stranger, befriending and helping anyone in need.
Graveside service will be held 9:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Woodville Cemetery, Savannah.
