Steven Michael Ogden, age 60, of Newton, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at MercyOne in Des Moines. Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Mitchellville Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
The son of Martin Neal and Evanna (Marcsisak) Ogden, Steve was born on December 13, 1959 in Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from Newton Senior High School in 1978. Steve enjoyed participating in and watching football, baseball & basketball. He also enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. A memorial service in Steve's honor will be held at a future date.
Those left to honor his memory include his two sons, Ryan (Dalene) and Adam (Rachel); eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; his parents, Martin and Evanna; and an aunt, Katie (CP).
