Paul Warren Harvey
May 31, 1946 ~ July 20, 2020 (age 74)

Paul Warren Harvey of Steelville, MO was born on Friday, May 31, 1946 in Newburg, MO to Warren G. Henson and Marie (Smith) Henson. He was adopted by Carroll E. Harvey and Mary B. (Morgan) Harvey. He passed away in Steelville, MO on Monday, July 20, 2020 at the age of 74 years, 1 month, and 20 days.

Paul was raised on a large hog farm around Gilliam, MO by his adoptive parents. He was reunited with his five biological sisters when he was in his twenties. Paul worked for over 18 years on barges on the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. He was an over the road truck driver for over 30 years, and some of his happiest times were when he was driving his truck. He loved fishing, particularly for the "big" fish. He enjoyed watching football and riding motorcycles. He was very generous, and if he had it to give, he would help anyone. He had many friends, but most of all, he loved spending time with his sisters.

Paul was preceded in death by his natural and adoptive parents, Warren Henson, Marie Davis, and Carroll and Mary Harvey; sisters Vesta Bramel, Marsha Hiedler, and Susan Roberts; and his nephew Billy Earney.

He is survived by two sisters; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family has chosen a private memorial with cremation as the final disposition.

All arrangements under the care of Hutson Funeral Home, Steelville, MO.
