She united with 1st Baptist Church on Fannin Street at a very young age and was faithful for over seventy-years until her health declined. She loved her church family and served wherever they needed her to, she was a quiet lady with a big Heart.
A time to Die: Marjorie moved from her Earthly home and moved to her Heavenly Home to be with her Lord our Savior on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 9:38 p.m. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Willie Evans, Jr. and Robert Evans, Sr.; and her great-great granddaughter, Bella Sky Potts.
