Archie Kee, 80, of Troup died at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday in the Doctor's Hospital at Tyler following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the West Duval Baptist Church at Troup with the Rev. Roy Croslin officiating. Burial will be in the Griffin Cemetery under the direction of Renfro Falcon Funeral Home.

Mr. Kee was born February 14, 1894 at Concord. He was a retired farmer, a member of the West Duval Baptist Church and the Troup Masonic Lodge. He was a World War I veteran.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Vela Kee; son, Fred Kee of El Paso; sisters, Mrs. Jessie Sadler of Troup, and Mrs. Elva McMeans of Grapevine; a grandchild.
