Funeral services, for Mrs. Ethel Foss, 94, Bridgeport held at Bridgeport, Sunday. Mrs. Foss died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Mae Fyffe at Bridgeport. Burial was at Sumner.

She was born in Lukin township on October 14, 1873 daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. James Wright. Her father was Christian Church minister and preached at various churches in Richland county.

She was preceded in death in 1950 by her husband, Josephus Frederick Foss. She is survived by six daughters and sons- Mrs. May Fyffe and Mrs. Elva Lankston, Bridgeport; Miss Helen Wright, Rt. 2, Sumner; Ral, of DeKalb, IL.; Otis, Bridgeport; and James, Rt. 4, Sumner.

A son, Stanley, also preceded her in death in 1960.

Also surviving are a brother, George Wright of West Salem;
and two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Inyart of Olney and Mrs Naomi Davis, Sumner. There are 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

She was a member of the Bethlehem Christian Church.
